Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal (or gas) grill, with a cover. To Prepare Patties: Using a large bowl, combine beef broth and wine. Add the chopped basil, chopped oregano, chopped thyme and chopped onion. Sprinkle seasoning over mixture and stir in. Add the softened cream cheese, being sure to mix in well to assure no big clumps. Add the ground sirlion and ground round, being sure to handle meat as little as possible, to avoid compacting it. To Prepare Mushrooms: Melt butter in 9 inch skillet. When melted, add seasoning and wine. When the mixture begins to bubble, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook turning mushrooms every 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Turn Skillet on lowest heat setting to keep warm. When the grill is ideal temperature, brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Divide the meat mixture into 6 equal size patties. Place patties on rack. Cover and cook, turning once, with a wide spatula, until done to preferance, about 5-7 minutes each side. During last few minutes of grilling the burgers, place sliced ham on grill to heat, 1-2 minutes each side. Reheat bacon on grill 30 seconds each side on grill. Slice buns in half. Spread the buns with butter. Place cut sides down on outer edges of rack to toast the buns, about 2-3 minutes. Top the burgers with a slice of baby swiss cheese each.heat just until cheese starts to melt. Remove burgers, being sure not to stack them on each other. To Assemble Burgers: Place bugers, melted cheese slice up, on bottom of the bun. Top with heated ham, 2 slices of heated bacon, 4 slices of sauteed mushrooms, and 2 slices of avocados. Add roll tops and serve. Serves 6.
