1/4 cup Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 prepared split loaf of garlic bread
6 ounce can of basil, garlic, and oregano tomato paste
6 slices of parmesan cheese
12 large fresh basil leaves

Instructions

Set gas grill on medium low temperature. For the patties: Combine the ground chuck, lamb, pack of Italian dressing mix, Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, wine, oregano, minced garlic, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and form into 6 equal rectangle shaped patties. Grill 7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove burgers from grill, wrap in foil, and set aside. For the buns: Set grill to low heat. Place each half of prepared garlic bread, garlic side down, on the grill. Close lid. Grill 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from grill and spread half of the 6 ounce can of tomato paste on each garlic side of the loaf. Place back on grill, paste side down, close grill and grill for 1 minute. Remove from grill, put loaf back together and slice into 6 equal portions. For the burger: Place hamburger patty on each bottom piece of garlic bread. On top of each patty place a generous slice of parmesan cheese, followed by 2 large basil leaves, and top with remaining piece of garlic bread. Makes 6 "That's Amore" Burgers
