“Thai Cobb Burger”
Ingredients
2 pounds ground chuck
1 Tablespoon Sutter Home Merlot wine
1 teaspoon Hoisan sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger
1 Tablespoon finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
8 slices of bacon Leaf lettuce
1 avocado
1 tomato sliced
4 0unces blue cheese crumbled
4-8 deli hamburger buns
Instructions
Prepare grill, Brush with Colavito olive Oil. Mix first 7 ingredients well. Shape into 1/4 # or 1/2# burgers. meanwhile fry bacon slices, drain on paper towel, set aside. Grill burgers until desired doneness. Put one burger on each bun, top with bacon slice, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and crumbled bleu cheese. Serve with a glass of your favorite Sutter Home wine. Chardonnay is best with this burger.
