TEX MEX BURGER IN A SNAP

A LITTLE BIT OF TEXAS AND MEXICO ON A BUN. MEXICAN FLAVOR SERVED UP TEXAS STYLE. 1/2 LB OF BEEF SERVED UP TEX MEX STYLE. SERVE THESE AT YOUR NEXT PARTY.

Ingredients 

2 POUNDS OF GROUND CHUCK
1 PACKAGE OF TACO SEASONING
1 CAN OF REFRIED BEANS
4 MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICES
1 CUP GUACAMOLE
2 MEDIUM OR 1 LARGE TOMATO
1 RED ONION
1 HEAD OF LETTUCE
1 SMALL JAR OF JALAPENOS
HAMBURGER BUNS

Instructions 

MIX GROUND BEEF WITH TACO SEASONING FORM INTO FOUR PATTIES. GRILL TO YOUR LIKING. WHILE GRILLING SLICE TOMATOES INTO THICK SLICES. THEN SHREDD LETTUCE AS FINE AS POSSIBLE. OPEN REFRIED BEANS AND GUACAMOLE. ONCE BURGERS ARE READY COAT BUNS WITH REFRIED BEANS PUT BURGERS ON BOTTOM OF BUNS THEN ADD CHEESE TO BURGERS, GUACAMOLE, TOMATOES,ONIONS, JALAPENOS AND LETTUCE. NOW YOU HAVE A TEX MEX BURGER TEXAS STYLE CAUSE WE LIKE EVERYTHING BIG IN TEXAS. PERFECT WITH WINE!
