Tasty Tuscan Sun Burger

I love the movie , Under the Tuscan Sun, with Diane Lane. In creating this recipe I thought of all the wonderful things that represent Italian and Italy. The flavors, smells and sights. Such as olives and olive oil, grapes and wines, garlic , cheeses seasonings.and sunflowers! I did my best to bring them together in a better burger recipe.Enjoy! Melinda :)

Lower temp to low medium or high low and continue to cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. Because of the cheese in center, cook slowly and don't flip. You may set slightly to side of grill also because of the oils from the cheese. Check internal meat temp to make sure it reaches 160 degrees or more. Use meat thermometer. Remove from grill and place buns on grill to warm for about 1 minute. Serve burger on warm buns with romaine lettuce pieces and sliced ripe Roma tomatoes.
