Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.

Had friends over and all I had was some gr pork. well after some trials and errors my daughter and I came up with this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb ground pork

1 small can crushed pineapple drained

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

2 teaspoon no salt seasoning

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon olive oil

3t tablespoon minced red onion

6 slices Swiss cheese

6 teaspoons honey mustard

6 1 in red onion slices oiled

6 fresh pineapple slices oiled and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar

6 teaspoon mayonnaise

6 Hawaiian rolls

Instructions:

mix all but last six ingredients i a large bowl divide into six burgers

place on a medium high greased grill and cook for at least 10 min on side one

place onion and pineapple on grill

turn burgers and place rolls split open on grill

turn onion and pineapple and remove buns

spread mustard on top and mayo on bottom bun

test burgers for done with thermometer 160

when they reach done remove add cheese and tent with foil

remove onion and pineapple when tender

place a burger on each bun

place pineapple on mustard and onion on mayo
