Have you ever had a hard time deciding whether you want beef or seafood for dinner? With this burger, you can have both great tastes in one!

Ingredients

12 ounces chili sauce
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/4 pounds ground beef
12 ounces crab meat (jumbo lump)
1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
2 teaspoons kosher salt
vegetable oil for brushing on grill rack
6 kaiser rolls, split 3
Tablespoons butter, softened
6 slices provolone cheese
3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Prepare the grill: Preheat a gas grill to approximately 425 degrees To make the seafood sauce: Combine the chili sauce, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, kosher salt and pepper in a 9x5x2 loaf tin. Mix well to combine. Cover with foil and set aside. To make the patties: Place beef in a large bowl. Break up some of chunks of crab with your fingers making sure to remove any bones. Add the crab meat to the beef. Sprinkle with seafood deasoning and kosher salt. Mix with hands until crab and spices are evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix. Divide into 6 1/2 ounce portions and form into bun size patties. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties and sauce pan on the rack. Close the lid and grill for 4-5 minutes. Remove sauce pan from grill and stir. Flip the burgers and continue to grill for another 4-5 minutes. Spread the buns with butter and place them cut side down on the outer edges of the rack. Grill approximately 2 minutes until lightly toasted. Place 1 slice of provolone cheese on top of each patty and grill for another minute until the cheese starts to melt. Remove the lightly toasted buns. To assemble the burgers: Lightly brush some sauce on each roll bottom, place 1 patty, 1 Tablespoon sauce and 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce on top. Add the roll top and serve.
