Ingredients

2 pounds of ground beef
2 jalapeño peppers diced
1 scotch bonnet diced
1 Thai pepper diced
1 cayenne pepper diced
3/4th bell pepper diced
5 cloves of garlic diced
1/4th bottle of red hot
2 table spoons of ground chili powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
2 table spoons of parsley diced
2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of ground cayenne pepper
1 table spoon of sea salt
5 grinds of pepper

 

Instructions

Go to your local grocery store pick up two pounds of ground beef. 80% is a good percentage if it is higher it may reduce some taste but will still give you the taste you are looking for. Next put the ground beef into a big bowl and pour a quarter of the bottle of red hot on it. Then dice 2 jalapeño peppers, 1 scotch bonnet ,1 Thai pepper,1 cayenne pepper, 3/4th bell pepper, 5 cloves of garlic, 1/4th onion, 2tablespoons of parsley. Add that to the meat. Then add 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 5 grinds of pepper, 1 tablespoon of ground cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons of ground chili powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin. Then add those spices to the meat and top it off with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Then start to mix with you hands and start making patties and throw them on he grill. Add ketchup on a nice seeded bun and enjoy!
