Spicy mushroom burger


3 lbs ground beef,
2 c chopped portabella mushrooms,
2 chopped onions,
1 c shredded cheddar cheese,
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp hot sauce.
1 c sutter home red wine,
2 cloves chopped garlic


In a large bowel, combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Form the mixture into about 8 large patties. Grill patties over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side.


A burger with just the right amount of spice.
