Spicy moo moo cow on ranch

My name is Sara or Mommy to my 3 year old daughter, who gave me the moo moo cow part of the name. My birthday is on Cinco De Mayo, so Mexican food is a favorite flavor of mine. Im just a recent single mother, since I became a 37 year old widow a few months ago husband really got me into loving to cook, since he loved whatever I cooked. So I cooked alot of new things, but never found one he didnt like. My daughter has been cooking with me for half her life already and loves it. Always there to "help mommy" This burger would be best done on a BBQ grill. Hope you see the promise of the flavor in this burger. Peace
