To prepare Chorizo Turkey Burgers: Put 2 lbs of ground turkey in large bowl. Remove casing from chorizo sausage. Crumble chorizo sausage into the bowl with the ground turkey. Mix turkey and chorizo together with your hands, well. Pour 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce on top of turkey mixture. Pour 1/2 cup Sutter Home Chenin Blanc on top of turkey mixture. Mix the turkey mixture slightly with your hands again, just to make sure the worcestershire sauce and Chenin Blanc is mixed in well. Form the ground turkey into 6 turkey patties.
