1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
3 fresh Serrano Chilies, sliced horizontally, 1/2 inch thickness Patties:
2 Pounds Dry Aged Prime hamburger
6 slices Muenster Cheese
Curried Broccoli Slaw
1 1/2 Cup Broccoli Slaw
1/2 Cup shredded yellow pepper
1/2-Cup Light Mayonnaise
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

First prepare the burgers. Divide the burger in half, and create six thin patties. Cut the Muenster cheese into small pieces and place in the middle of six of the patties. Then take the remainder of the hamburger and create six more patties and place one of these on each cheese topped burger, so that the cheese is nestled in the middle. Then take each burger and pinch and smooth the edges so that the cheese is secure in each hamburger. Place the burgers in a shallow glass pan so they are all side by side. Set aside. Next, prepare the marinade. in a small bowl, stir the olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar together. Then add the garlic, sea salt, pepper, ginger and chilies and gently combine all of the ingredients. Pour the mixture over the burgers, spooning any leftover marinade over the burgers. Flip burgers over on other side to make sure that there is marinade covering both sides of the patties. Put plastic wrap over the pan and place in the refrigerator for two hours. To make the Curried Broccoli slaw, put the mayonnaise, curry powder and minced garlic into the bowl and gently whisk together. Then fold in the Broccoli slaw so that is thoroughly coated. Put into the refrigerator. After two hours, take out burgers and each burger between two layers of paper towels to soak up the oil mixture. Generously grind black pepper over each burger. Turn on the Grill to a medium temperature. Place the patties onto the rack and grill about five minutes until they are brown on the bottoms. Flip over until the other side is brown. During the last minutes, place the Kaiser buns, soft side on the grill to slightly toast. To assemble: Place one burger on the Kaiser bottom and place about 1/4 cup of Curried broccoli slaw over each burger and place the roll tops on and serve!
