Speecy Spicy Burgers

Every once in awhile we like to eat our burgers spicy, but not enough to make your eyes water!


2 1/2 lbs. ground Black Angus beef
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
6-8 wheat hamburger buns


Preheat grill.
Combine beef, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and fennel seeds. Shape into 6-8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on grill and cook until desired doneness (we like ours well-done).
Place patties on rolls and serve immediately. Can add cheese or other condiments, lettuce, onions or whatever -- most of the time we like ours plain. They
