This burger represents my Spanish roots. It is so tender and full of flavor, I am proud to share it with everyone!
2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1- 12 oz. tube Cacique Beef Chorizo
2 Tbsp (extra hot)sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. worcestershire
Sprinkle of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
In large mixing bowl, Mix together very well, ground chuck and squeeze in whole tube of chorizo. Add to mixture, Valentina sauce, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape into desired patties.
*Note Chorizo will make the burgers look red in center...use your themometor to be sure your food is cooked all the way.
