Southwestern Turkey Bacon Club Burger with Honey Dijon Mayonnaise

I was inspired to make the Southwestern Turkey Bacon Club Burger with Honey Dijon Mayonnaise, because I wanted a healthy alternative to a regular beef burger. Having all the flavor and juiciness as a beef burger with out the fat. I also had to get my family of seven to eat(husband, son 10, daughter 4, brothers 13&16 and my mother) it and enjoy it. I prepared my creation and to my surprise everybody loved it even my son who is a very picky eater. Now they are always asking me to make the Southwestern Turkey Bacon Club Burger with Honey Dijon Mayonnaise for dinner.
