Instructions

To prepare the Potato Salad Spread: Combine chopped pimentos, green olives, bell pepper, celery, red onion and New Potato strips in a medium bowl and fold together. Combine mayonaisse, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, ground mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl and stir until well blended. Pour over potato salad mix and fold until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. To prepare the Brisket Burger Rub: Combine garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, chili powder, cumino, ground ginger, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix. To prepare the Brisket Burger Barbeque Sauce: Combine molasses, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger and hot sauce in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Prepare a medium hot fire on charcoal grill with a cover. To prepare the Brisket Burger Patties: Divide ground Brisket into 6 equal portions and form into patties. Cover both sides of patties with Brisket Burger Rub. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour before grilling. When the grill is ready, brush grill rack with olive oil and place Brisket Burgers on rack and cover. Cook 6-8 minutes on each side, turning once. Baste patties with Brisket Burger Barbeque Sauce every 3 minutes while cooking. During last few minutes of cooking, place the buns, which have been buttered and sprinkled with onion powder and wrapped in aluminum foil, on the outer edge of the grill rack to warm lightly. To assemble the Brisket Burger: On the bottom of each bun, place a generous portion of potato salad spread, then place the Brisket Burger patty on top. On top of the patty, cover with French Fried Onions. Spread remaining Brisket Burger Barbeque Sauce on bun tops and place on top of Brisket Burger and serve.
