Soothing Spa Soy Burgers

Pairs well with:

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.

Ingredients

1) 1 cup of lowfat sour cream
2) 2 cucumbers
3) 4 turns of freshly ground black pepper (coarse)
4) 3 lemons
5) 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
6) 1 carrot
7) 1 and 1/2 packages of Meatless Burgers
8) 1 package of hamburger buns

 

Instructions

Cucumber Spread First skin, seed, and dice 1 whole cucumber. Then put finished product, 1 cup of lowfat sour cream, 1 tablespoon of tahini paste, and 4 turns of freshly ground black pepper (coarse) into a blender. Blend until smooth. Burger Toppers Seed and juice three lemons into a small shallow bowl. Spead 1/2 cup of sesame seeds onto a piece of wax paper. Cut 1 cucumber into 12 thin even slices. Dip each slice into the lemon juice and then the sesame seeds (both sides). Using a peeler shave 1 carrot into 12 almost translucent slices. Burgers Open 1 and 1/2 boxes of Boca Meatless Burgers (All American Flame Grilled). Unwrap 6 individual burgers (do not defrost). Place on grill at medium heat. Cook for 8 minutes turning at 2 minute intervals. No cooking oil or spray required, Bocas don't stick. Assembling Spa Burgers Place burger into open hamburger bun. With a butter knife smooth a generous amount of cucumber spread onto the patty. Add 2 sesamed cumcumber slices, side by side, on top of the burger. Place 2 carrot shavings, criss crossed, as the last layer. Close the bun, with everything comfortably nestled inside, and enjoy. *Recipe is for 6 burgers.
