Smokey Burger

Spicy and Smokey too!

Ingredients 

1 1/4LB 80% LEAN FRESH TOP GROUND
1/4 TSP. GRANULATED ONION
1/4 TSP. GRANULATED GARLIC
1/8 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
1½ TSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TBSP. SUTTERHOME CABERNET SAUVIGNON
1 TBSP. SMOKEY FLAVORED B-B-Q SAUCE
1 TBSP. BUTTER
1 MED ONION, CUT IN WEDGES
DASH GRANULATED GARLIC, ONION, PEPPER
2 TBSP. CABERNET SAUVIGNON WINE
2 SLICES SPICY CHEESE (OPTIONAL)

Instructions 

MEAT MIXTURE COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS. MIX THOROUGHLY, MAKE 4 PATTIES, SET ASIDE. TOPPING MIX MELT BUTTER IN FRY PAN. ADD ONIONS WEDGES AND SPICES. SAUTE UNTIL TENDER. ADD WINE. REDUCE LIQUID FROM PAN. PLACE PATTIES ON ALUMINUM FOIL AND GRILL TO DESIRED TEMP ON MEDIUM HEAT. TOP WITH ONION MIX AND CHEESE. SERVE WITH SEASONAL ACCOMPANIMENTS AND ENJOY!
