My Father is a chef. We grew up with him teaching us to cook, dishwash and wait tables. He taught us a very great lessons in life, one of them was everyone has to eat and no matter where you go in your life, a good meal can turn anyone around.

Ingredients 

Chopmeat
adobe sazon bbq sauce
worcestershire sauce
chopped onions
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
seasoned teriaki marinade
sofrito
recaito
cajun seasoning powder
ketchup
mustard
parsley

Instructions 

mix all ingredients in. I happen to make 20 - 30 burgers at a time. Make sure to slam the mix onto the cutting board to get the air bubbles out of the meat. Form burgers - Jackson Hole size burgers and wrap in wax paper.

I can submit step by step details if I stop to write them while I cook. My Dad taught us how to eye the ingredients that go in to the meal and we really have never measured.
