Sizzling Stirfry Burgers

This hamburger is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This combination patty is prepared with hamburger and toppings cooked together. By placeing the toppings inside the burger is packed with flavor and is so tender it melts in your mouth.


5 slices of Bacon
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 cup finely chopped Onions
1 cup finely chopped Bell Peppers
2 TBSP minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Cube Beef Bullion
1 cup Sutter Home Cabernet
2 cups finely chopped Mushrooms
1 lb. Chuck Hamburger
1 cup uncooked Oatmeal
1 Egg
1 pkg. Potato Hamburger Buns


Fry bacon in olive oil in a larger frying pan for aboubt a minute. Next add onions and peppers into the same pan wait 3 minutes. Now add garlic, Sutter Home Cabrenet, and mushrooms let wine cook off. In a mixing bowl combine cooked ingredents and the egg and oatmeal to raw hamburger and form into patties. Place patties into oven on high broil for 20 minutes turning once. Serve on lightly toasted Potato Buns with a slice of hot pepper jack cheese, ketchup, and dejion mustard.


{makes 6 patties about 3/4 inch thick, be sure to put 2 TBSP of water in the pan}
