Simply Italian Burgers

Ingredients 

2 Pounds Ground Chuck
1 Tablesoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Rosemary Infused Extra-virgin Olive Oil
Half Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Italian Bread
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ketchup
Mustard
Mozzarella Cheese Slices
Vegetable Oil for Coating Grill Rack

Instructions 

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium high. Combine ground chuck and the next seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixing until spices, oil and cheese is spread throughout. Form mixture into patties and grill for approximately 10 to 12 minutes until juices run clear. Assemble burgers on Italian bread that has been sliced, lightly oiled with extra-virgin olive oil and grilled during the last 3 to 4 minutes while the burgers were cooking. Top with ketchup, mustard and mozzarella cheese slices.
