Saucey Swamp Burger

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef,
2 teaspoons onion powder,
1 teaspoon minced garlic,
1 whole egg,
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (any type of seasoning),
2 tablespoons butter
1 large sweet onion,
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms,
6 slices cheddar cheese,
6 slices monterey jack cheese,
1 packet brown gravy mix.
6 Large Seeded Hamburger Rolls

 

Instructions

Directions:

In a medium sized mixing bowl, put the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Shape meat into larege patties and grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning 2 times. While the burgers are grilling, heat butter over meadium-high heat and Sautee’ onions and mushrooms until soft. Prepare brown gravy mix as directed on package. Place onions/mushrooms on top of hot burgers. Add a slice of each type of cheese, then pour on desired amount of gravy and serve!
