Sand Springs Hoagie
There used to be a placed called Willie
5# 80/20 hamburger meat
1 tsp organic Garlic (from Spice World)
2 tsp Emeril
Form meat into 4-5" oblong patties. Place
2 holes in each patty.
Oil grill, lay meat patties on hot grill. Let cook
about 4 minutes on each side.
Toast Hoagie buns when last burger
has been turned.
This is a simple burger, it saves time
by using already prepared sauces
and dried ingredients. But the taste is worth the "cheating,"
of already prepared ingredients. Succulent,
mouth watering essence!
I had to rewrite the recipe, as I forgot the salt and pepper in my first recipe (sorry). Hope there is
