Roasted Pecan Sirloin Burger
Roasted Pecan Sirloin Burgers
Every Fall Georgia is known for it's outstanding pecan crop. Back in college, my roommate had several pecan trees at home. He would bring bags of pecans back to school. We would oven roast the pecans and use them in any number of delicious recipes. A favorite was the roasted pecan sirloin burger.

Place a pecan waffle as the top bun .
Cut in half and serve warm.
This is one of my favorites! Enjoy!
