1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Colavita Olive Oil, extra for preparing the grill
3 tablespoons roasted garlic seasoning

Patties

Topping
1 1/2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced Hass Avocado
1 cup Treasure Cave Feta Crumbled Peppercorn Cheese

6 large fresh baked Kaiser Rolls
12 tablespoons butter at room temperature

Instructions:

Preheat a prepared lidded gas grill to medium-high heat.

Place the Merlot, water, vinegar, olive oil, and roasted garlic seasoning in a sealable container. Shake well to blend and separate in two 1/2 cup portions and two 1/8 cup portions. Pour 1 half cup portion in a medium size bowl with the mushrooms to marinade. Blend one 1/8 cup with the mayo, set everything aside until needed.

Gently blend the mushrooms and marinade with the meat and form 6 burgers slightly larger than the rolls. Place on the grill to cook 5-7 minutes on each side or your personal doneness. Keep the lid closed as much as possible.

Get the Kaiser rolls (split hamburger style if needed). Place the butter in a bowl and blend in the remaining 1/8 cup marinade and spread on the insides of the rolls. Place on the grill when you have 3-4 minutes remaining on the patties to grill to a light golden brown.

Toss the remaining 1/2 cup of marinade with the lettuce, tomatoes, Avocado, and cheese.

Spread the roasted garlic mayo on the roll insides, place a patty on each roll bottom add the Peppercorn Feta salad, and crown with the roll top.
