Rhode Island Red Burger

This burger incorporates the finest of Sutter home Red Wine with 80/20 Sirloin Beef. I believe the world deserves a better burger and this is it. I have been in the food service business as a coffee expert and was offered the opportunity to go to culinary school. I chose to enjoy what I do in cooking instead of making it my career. Good Food, good fun and every day is a great day. Thanks Ken

Comments

There is no need to add any liquid topping like ketchup or mustard or mayonaise as this has those items incorporated to make it moist and flavorful. I hope you enjoy them like my family has in the past. If you wish to top with cheese, you can put a slice of provolone and a slice of mozzarella only.
