My father always loved hamburgers. We just used an old grill my grandfather had made out in the back yard.
1 pound of ground sirloin
1/2 lb of ground chuck
1tbsp Sutter Home Merlot
1 tsp Thyme
half onion chopped
breadrumbs, enough to hold meat together grill til done, turn often, do not push down on hamburgers while on grill.
Mix egg with merlot. mix 2 meats together. chop onion. add onion,salt, pepper, thyme, egg mixture and breadcrumbs to meats. Make patties. grill on outdoor barbq grill.
