RANCH HAND BURGER

A HEARTY BURGER TO FILL EVERYONES APPETITIE.

Ingredients 

3 LBS GROUND BEEF 10-15 PERCENT FAT
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS RANCH DRESSING
1 TABLESPOON SUTTER HOME MERLOT
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1/4 CUP CRACKER CRUMBS
1 TABLESPOON HOT SAUCE
SIX SLICES DELI HAM
SIX SLICES DOMESTIC SWISS
SIX LARGE KAISER ROLLS
TOMATO SLICES
LETTUCE
EXTRA RANCH DRESSING

Instructions 

1.) COMBINE FIRST SEVEN INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE MIXING BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY WITH HANDS 2.) DIVIDE INTO 12 SMALL BUT EQUAL SIZE PATTIES. 3.) PLACE ONE SLICE OF DELI HAM AND ONE SLICE OF DOMESTIC SWISS ON SIX OF THE PATTIES. 4. PLACE REMAINING SIX PATTIES ON TOP OF PATTIES WITH HAM AND CHEESE. COMPRESS TOGETHER SO THE HAM AND CHEESE IS INSIDE OF THE TWO PATTIES. 5.) GRILL APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES PER SIDE TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE. 6.) SERVE ON TOASTED KAISER ROLL WITH LETTUCE/TOMATO AND RANCH DRESSING.
