These burgers are moist, hold together, and never fail to please! Yum!!
1 lb ground chuck
1 pkg dry ranch salad dressing (powder)
1 lrg egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs (you can use any, but I would suggest you put Garlic croutons in a food processor and grind your own) Hambuger buns
Break off ground chuck into bowl. Try not to work much with hands. Add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs In a small bowl mix 1 lrg egg and packet of dry ranch dressing together with fork Pour mixture into bowl containg ground chuck and bread crumbs Mix together with hands and form into 4 paties Clean grill surface, oil lightly, and grill burgers over medium/high heat until done. Serve on bun with Mayo
Condiments can change. Swiss cheese melted on burger is good too!
