Puttin on the Ritz Burgers

I was having a glass of wine with a boring burger one night and decided to experiment the next time I made burgers because the wine/burger taste combo was great.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup crushed round butter flavored crackers
1/3 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Red Hot Hot sauce
1/4 cup Sutter Home Cabernet
1 tbsp onion salt
3lbs ground beef
6 hamburger buns

Instructions:

in a bowl, combine crackers, soup mix, applesauce, worcesrershire sauce, red hot sauce. combine cabernet, onion salt and beef together. Add beef to the mixture and mix well. Shape into patties. Grill the burger until medium.
