Pretzal Burgers

Hi, Please enjoy the following recipe as I have for years now. It is very simple and takes 15 minutes to make. Please grill over charcoal with hickory chips if you can. Thank you, Layne

Ingredients 

2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
3 tbsp Colvita Olive Oil
3 tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard
2 tbsp pepper
1/3 cup finely crushed pretzels
2 tbsp Cabernet Wine
1/2 cup chopped onions
6 fresh hamburger rolls
6 slices od cheddar cheese (optional)
desired toppings

Instructions 

In a large mixing bowl, scramble eggs with oil, mustard, wine and pepper. Use your hands to fold in beef, pretzels then onions. Form hamberger patties. Yields 6 patties. Grill to desired tenderness. Add cheese if desired as well as additional toppings.

Comments 

Better rolls from a bakery and leaner beef is recommended. Thanks!
