Ingredients

Bacon
Onion
Thyme
Lettuce
Tomatoe
capers

 

Instructions

Fully Cook Bacon ( I like to use the precooked bacon as a short cut) Chop onion. Pat out patties to desired size. Then split each pattie in half repat out to patties. Place your onions on top of one patty lay two bacon strips across the top of the onions. Now press the patties back together to form the size of burger you want. Bacon will hang out the sides of the patty. Cook til done.
Dress bun with desired condiments, add lettuce and tomatoe. Sprinkle a few thyme leaves and capers.
