Pickilous Burgers with Pickle Me Pink Sauce

Pairs well with:

Chenin Blanc

This wine is bursting with crisp, refreshing fruit flavors like apple, pear, and melon, making you want to swing your legs off a dock at sunset.

I make home made dill pickles and we put them on and in just about everything. I even use the juice in potato salads and the sauce that crowns this pickilous pickle burger.
When I make my pickles I put in one habenero pepper in each jar , and it imparts a little bite and a nice flavor.
