Ingredients

Ground Turkey (white turkey breast)
Herb Dressing mix
Egg
Garlic Seasoning mix
garlic salt
Salt
Feta Cheese
Turkey Broth
Marsala Cooking Wine
Onions (red)
Portabella Mushrooms
Shitake Mushrooms 
Turkey Seasoning
Swiss Cheese
Butter 
Garlic Bread

 

Instructions

Get a medium size bowl and put your ground Turkey(1lb) in it;Measure out 1/2 cup of herb stuffing mix and add it to your ground turkey; crack one egg, slightly beat it and add to mix as well; add 1 tablespoon of garlic seasoning, garlic salt, and regular salt to mixture; add a hand full of feta cheese, then pour in 2 tablespoons of Marsala cooking wine and 1/2 cup turkey broth, mix well, cover and set aside while you prepare your mushrooms and onions; Cut up your shitake and portebella mushrooms and saute them in a sauce pan with butter and turkey seasoning alone with a litte of the garlic seasonings,when almost done add some marsala wine remove from pan;in the same sauce pan, add just a little more better, slice up onion and put in pan, slightly saute, until translucent and then remove from pan;Cook your turkey burgers on a grill, turning once, when done remove and place on a plate;(clean grill before placing your bread on it) place one slice of your garlic bread on the grill, place a piece of swiss cheese on the bread and then place your burger on top of the cheese, top with mushroom mixture, onions, another slice of cheese, top with other slice of bread, mash down on the sandwich, to get the grill marks, open up, turn the sandwich over and press down again, remove and serve; Enjoy! oops! get your napkins
