phillips dad cook me a burger

Ingredients

1lb ground beef
1lb ground chuck
1bag shredded chedder mild
1 bottle sutter merlot
Zesty seasoning you are going to use 1/3 cup burgers char grill
1/3 cup steak smokey chipotle
1 jar of grill mates stake rub
1 ball fresh mozzrella
4 leafs of res swiss chard

Instructions

mix burgers together in bowl add 1/3 cup smokey chipotle 1/3 cup burger char grill and mix in the burger pat 1 patty out lay on cutting board slice mozzrella 1slice lay on burger add chedder on top make another patty lay on top and press ends together light press both pattys together repeat it will make 3 burgers after pattys are made put rub on both sides add 1tbs wine over burgers cook on hot grill light pink or well done serve with kaiser bun swiss chard on bottom of bun mix 3 tbs ketchup 3 tbs honey 1 tbs merlot mix up spread on top of toasted buns serve
