pesto sirloin burger

A BURGER TO TRULY TO DIE FOR !!!! FRESH PESTO SAUCE, AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Ingredients 

1 LB. FRESH SIRLOIN
PESTO-
2 CUPS VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP ROASTED PINE NUTS
1/4 CUP GRATED PARMASEAN
DASH SALT AND PEPPER
1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED BASIL
1/4 CUP 20YR+ BALSAMIC VINEGAR
GARNISH;
FRESH TOMATO SLICED
FRESH VIDALLIA ONION

Instructions 

COMBINE ALL PESTO AND BALSAMIC, MIX IN WITH THE SIRLOIN LET REST A COUPLE HOURS. MAKE UP 6 EQUAL PATTIES, AND GRILL ON MED. TO LOW HEAT UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS.
