Paula's Best Burger

I have used this receipe for years. It is fast, easy and tasty.


1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon of minced onion
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of mustard
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 cup of chopped parsley (optional)


Throroughly mix all ingredients and shape into 1/2 inch thick patties. Your are now ready for the grill.


For cheese lovers you can add a teaspoon of soft cheese either Cheddar or Blue cheese in the middle of your burger. Make sure the hamburger pattie covers the cheese before you grill.
