Ingredients

Chop meat 75% lean (Beef)
Chop Meat (Veal)
small red onion
green pepper
smokey chilpolte powder
dash of hot sauce
teriyaki sauce
green pepper
grated mozz
salt
pepper

 

Instructions

Break up the chop meat. Blend both together. Add the very finely diced onion and green pepper. Mix til well incorporated. Add the Chilpolte powder, hot sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Blend well and make sure the mix is not to soggy. Still pretty stiff. Finally add the cheese and salt and pepper. Mix very well and form into patties. You can cook them on the stove top but I prefer the grill. The flavor comes out better and the cheese melts into the flame… Put on a Sesame Seed bun… Garnish with what ever you like. Please no KETCHUP…
