Instructions

Set cheeses out to soften before you are ready to start. When they are softened mix both cheeses and crab meat together in a bowl and then set back in refridgerator until you are ready to start grilling. Mix ground chuck, minced onion, salt and BBQ seasoning together and put in refridgerator to chill. Heat grill to medium flame. BBQ sauce should be started first. Bring wine, brown sugar, ketchup and butter to a boil (in an old sauce pot as the fire tends to blacken the pot). Stir in flour until smooth and add the remaining ingredients, stirring often. Simmer to desired consistency. Patty burgers and make hole in center and stuff with cheese and crabmeat mixture, Re-patty and Grill burgers approx 20-25 minutes turning occasionally until done.
