Overstuffed Burger

Having a burger can be very messy at time. Especially with the lettuce tomato mushroom and onions piling on top of the burger making it practically impossible to fit into your mouth. This recipe is quick and tasty. Enjoy!


2LBS 90% lean ground beef
3/4 cup of chopped red onions
3/4 cup of chopped portobella mushrooms
1 packaged of french onion soup powder mix
pinch of salt
pinch of ground pepper


1. Work onions, mushrooms, salt, pepper, french onion soup powder mix into the ground meat. 2. Pack meat tightly to desired size. (Approx .25-.50 lb patties) 3. Pan fry on one side for 4 mins on high heat 4. Flip and 4 mins on the other side on high heat. 5. Into the over at 400F for 10 mins (depending on how well you like them cooked) 5. Slap some cheese on before you take it out of the oven if desired. 6. Eat and eat it slowly.


Nice quick recipe for the tastiest burger I've tried.
