OUTSIDE IN BURGER

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 T. dijon mustard
1 T. ketchup
2 t. salt
1 t. ground black pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Oil for grill
6 slices of sharp cheddar
6 soft kaiser rolls

 

Instructions

Mix first seven ingredients together in large bowl. Form into six patties. Oil grill to prevent burgers from sticking. Cook over coals, turning once, until the inside temperature reaches 160 degrees F. When patties are just about at temperature top each with a slice of cheese, cover grill and let cheese melt. When cheese is melted, remove from grill, place on kaiser rolls and serve immediately.
