one healthy buger


1 pound ground beef
1 table spoon chopped green peppers
1 table spoon chopped, yellow peppers
1 tablespoon chopped orange peppers
1 tablespoon chopped red (sweet)peppers
1 tablspoon, chopped potebello mushroom
1 tablespoon, chopped green onion
3-4 splashes worstershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon, roasted garlic, the bbq sauce of your choice
4-6 slices peper jack cheese (this depends on size of burgers)
4-6 of your favorite buns- I prefer a whole wheat bun myself


In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, all veggies ,worstershire,and garlic,mix well, (best done w/hands)pat into burgers , 4-6 depending on your size preferance,I place bugers on foiled grill, smother w/ bbq sauce, grill to your preferance (i prefer, med- med rare) melt cheese onto burgers place on buns and serve as is
