This is a great salt, sweet burger. Gives you taste buds a ride.
1 ½ Pound Ground Beef 80 % Lean
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Tablespoons Salt
¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper
3 Tablespoon Grey Poupon Mustard
1 Cup Chopped Green Olives drained of juices
1 Cup Chopped Sweet Vidalia Onion
½ Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
6 Onion Buns
Preheat Grill on high Combined beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and grey poupon mustard. Mix well. Make into 6 equal sized patties. Place on grill and cook for 5 minutes aside or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. While burgers are cooking combined onions, olives and vinegar in a bowl. After burgers are done cooking place each one on a bun and top with onion and olive mixture. Enjoy.
