NOW THAT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE TURKERY BURGER
Great alternative for people who have a special diet.
1 lb. of turkey
3 tbls of plain yogurt
1/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 pinch of fresh dill chopped finely.
1 table spoons of soy sauce
1 small onion diced into small pieces.
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of season salt.
salt and pepper to taste
mix dry ingredients together well and add liquid ingrediets to that mixing well. Add turkey/mixing well to distribute all ingredients within the turkey well without over doing it. Kneading like dough will make a tough burger. Add salt and pepper to both sides (less salt is neede because of the soy sauce). Wrap each burger with tin foil and grill to taste until done.
Serve on bun of choice with pickle/onion/tomato or avocado slices.
