Ingredients 

2 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
(1) 1/4 cup Sutter Home Merlot
(2) 1 egg
(3) 1 tbs horseradish
(4) 1 small onion chopped fine
(5) 6 slices provolone/6 slices american cheeses
6 kimmelwick rolls
1/4 cup horseradish+ 1/2 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tps steak sauce

Instructions 

MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS MAKE 6 EQUAL SIZE BURGERS GRILL 4-5 MINUTES THEN REMOVE TO A TRAY PLACE FOIL ON THE GRILL AND RETURN BURGERS UNCOOKED SIDE DOWN WHEN DONE TO YOUR LIKING ADD ONE SLICE OF PROVOLONE/ONE SLICE AMERICAN CHEESE TO EACH BURGER KEEP WARM TO THE SIDE OF THE GRILLWHILE TOASTING THE INSIDE OF 6 KIMMELWICK ROLLS (IF NOT AVAILABLE USE KAISER ROLLS,PUT MELTED BUTTER ON TOP AND DIP IN MIXTURE OF COARSE SALT&CARAWAY SEEDS) TOP WITH HORSERADISH/ KETCHUP&STEAK SAUCE MIXTURE
