Ingredients

2 lbs. of highest grade, ground sirloin, grain fed cattle beef.
2 range free chicken eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup pureed broccoli
1/2 cup pureed carrotts
1/4 cup pureed spinach (process with carrotts in mini food processor 2-3 tbls. of Worchestshire sauce
Combine all ingredients by hand in large bowl (out of the watchful eyes of children and picky adults.) Grill to taste….garnish as desired.

Instructions

1. Process broccoli in mini size food processor until finely chopped. Use fresh, raw broccoli with tight heads and good color. 2. Remove broccoli and add first spinach and then carrots on top in processor. This order is better for getting spinach to process. 3. Place beef, chopped vegetables, two eggs and bread crumbs in large bowl. Mix well by hand. Use disposable plastic gloves if you want, but rinse exterior of gloves before placing in food and NEVER reuse gloves or use "used" reusable gloves. 4. Add Worchestshire sauce and mix again. 5. Allow mixture to come to room temperature prior to grilling. Dont leave out more than 2 hours. It can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. 6. Cook to desired temperature on grill while enjoying a bottle of Sutter Home wine with friends. Guests who consume at least two glasses of wine before eating these burgers tend to rave about them even more.
