Mom’s Simple Best Burger
Ingredients
1 lb. 80% Lean ground beef
salt
pepper
a hot grill
Wheat Rolls Or Potato Rolls
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Red onion Slice
Mayo or Ranch Dressing
Instructions
Take 1 lbs Cold 80% ground beef Divide into 3 form into ball and flatten Do not squish or handle to much. The key is to form quickly without to much handling. Salt and Pepper both side heavely. Throw on a hot grill. Cook 5 min. a side. Put on toasted wheat or potato roll. Top with 2 slices tomato a few rings of Red Onion 3 Leaves of lettuce 1 tlb. Mayo or Ranch Dressing
