Mom's Best Burger
Using lean cuts of beef for burgers can leave the burger dry and tough. By adding mushrooms into the lean cuts of beef you can create a the best moist and juicy burger ever without a lot of fat.
1 pound lean beef
1 clove garlic - minced
1c finely chopped mushrooms - aprox. 4-6 med. mushrooms
1/4c finely chopped onion
1 1/2 t. Steak Seasoning
1/2c Quick oats
1 egg Hamburger buns/french bread
In medium size bowl combined all ingredients. Mix well. Shaped into desired size and shape. Cook on grill until done. Dress each burger with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
