ground sweet pork

baby portebella mushroom
montery jackcheese

hawaiian sweet rolls
mustard
chili sauce
Instructions
cut and cook baby portebellas, shitakes, onions,red peppers, in olive oil and garlic. next combine sirlion, spicy sausage and sweet sausage and season with salt and pepper. thirdly combine veggies and meats together and add 1 egg. make patties for grill. put on grill about 6 to 7 minutes per side while burgers are grilling add japanese chili sauce to bowl and combone yellow mustard. also at this time you will butter your hawaiian sweet rolls and put on the grill 2-3 min. before burgers are done. at 1-2 min. before burgers are done add montery jack cheese to the burgers to melt.once done add mustard sauce to rolls put on burger and add roll top. commense to eat and now you have a MIA Burger!
