Ingredients

1/4 cup + 3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon Granuals
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup scallions (sliced, white part only)
1/4 cup shredded carrots chopped
4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
2 1/2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
1 Avocado (ripe, mashed)
1/4 cup sour cream

 

Instructions

In a large bowl add 1/4 cup lime juice and 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon Granuals and mix together. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/2 cup scallions, 1/4 cup carrots, and 3 Tablespoons cilantro and mix well. Add 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef and gently mix until everything is incorportated. Do not over mix. Form into 6 patties, cook on grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side. In a separate bowl for topping, mash 1 avacado, add 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, 3 Tablespoons lime juice, 1 Tablespoon of cilantro, and 1/4 cup sour cream and mix together well. Take burgers off grill, place on roll and top with avacado mixture. Serve and enjoy.
